Security
Groups are kindly asked to wait for their guide outside the museum unless there is bad weather, in which case the guide will meet the group in the semi-circular Room VII.Ordine
Order
To allow the museum guides to do their job without hindrance, and other members of the public to enjoy their visit in tranquillity, group-leaders are asked to maintain order.
Introduction to the visit
Due to the fragility of the works exhibited (plaster originals), group visits by children are preceded by an introduction and an explanation of recommended behaviour. We also ask leaders of groups without guides to follow the same rules. Thank you.
Cloakroom
Backpacks, large bags and cumbersome clothing should be left in the cloakroom, and valuable objects can be left in the lockers.
Gardens
All the above is also valid for the gardens. Please dispose of rubbish in the waste-bins.
